HGI Spirital Development Institute trains and equips students so that they will make a greater impact on the world for Christ. If God has called you, He will equip you. Our part is to enhance your effectiveness by emphasizing the Spirit-controlled life that enables students to walk in honesty, truth and integrity.
The Spiritual Development Institute gives students the opportunity to cultivate the Fruit of the Spirit, which is the character of God.
Pastors Steven and Wanda Martin have given birth to their God-given vision of a Spiritual Development Institute. The Institute will inspire believers to maximize their walk with the Lord through intense study of the Word of God.
The Spiritual Development Institute is designed for the believer who desires to enhance their knowledge of the principles found in the scriptures. As a result of their study, their walk with the Lord will deepen and their Christian life will be enhanced.
The Spiritual Development Institute is also designed for the individual who may have a desire to minister in any capacity, but would like to receive the necessary training and development to make their ministry effective. Through intense studies and practical teaching, the minister will be equipped to fulfill their God-given assignment.

GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

The purpose of this course is to enrich your understanding of the Holy Spirit and His Gifts, and to help you build a Biblical base on how the various gifts of the Holy Spirit flow and operate. By the conclusion of this course you should be able to recognize which gift(s) have been deposited on the inside of you.

This course is open to married and engaged couples, and is designed to train couples for marriage by teaching God’s purpose for marriage, and help them establish their marriage on the foundation of a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
ADVANCED WORKSHOP IN DREAMS AND VISIONS

This hands-on course delves deep into metaphorical language and the Biblical model of dream interpretation. By applying these techniques to your owns dreams you will mature in your gift. As your skills and ability to listen to the Holy Spirit improve, you will be able to share this gift with others by interpreting their dreams.
UNDERSTANDING DREAMS AND VISIONS*Tuesdays, 7:00PM - 8:30PM
Beginning Tuesday, February 7
*prerequisite to Advanced Workshop in Dreams & Visions
This course will equip you to not only hear God speak through dreams and visions, but also understand what He is saying. You will discover the dream vocabulary God uses and how to receive and remember your dreams. You will learn the difference between a Biblical, God-inspired interpretive method and the popular secular methods that shroud the dream instead of revealing it.
THE ART OF HEARING GOD*
SATURDAYS, 10:00AM - 11:30AM

This is an introductory course that will give you step-by-step instructions and practical tools to learn to hear the voice of the Lord clearly and consistently. You will learn how to distinguish God’s voice from your own, recognize some seldom-understood ways the enemy limits your hearing even when God is shouting your instructions, and train you to recognize hindrances that prevent you from hearing Him.
